Every LOOP Battery Report has a unique certificate ID and QR code that can be scanned to verify authenticity on our servers. Reports are generated by our certified technicians using OEM-level diagnostic tools. Sellers cannot edit or falsify reports.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details. LOOP's escrow account is held in a licensed financial institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.
